During a minor school remodel, this Toltec Elementary School, situated half-way between Phoenix and Tucson, suffered a mold infestation in three classrooms. Our SERVPRO of Casa Grande technicians followed procedures for a safe and clean mold remediation service. Pictured is the final step in the process; a large HEPA equipped 0.3-micron filter and an activated carbon filter to capture airborne mold spores, particulates, and odors. This large air scrubber ensures an acceptable IAQ indoor air quality for the school. The mold-infested drywall and insulation, along with the flooring material, have been carefully demolished, bagged, and discarded following OSHA regulations. The neat cuts allow for a simplified installation of new insulation and drywall panels after the application of an antimicrobial agent to the exposed wall cavities. Trust SERVPRO for all your cleanup and restoration needs; municipal entities do, why not you?
