Maricopa Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration

The supply line ruptured during the night and flooded 75% of the main floor in this Maricopa home. The homeowners woke to a shocking mess but wisely, and quickly, called SERVPRO of Casa Grande. Our estimator directed the crew, upon gaining approval from the insurance adjuster, to start the demolition of all the non-salvageable building elements. We removed and replaced the drywall, tiles, baseboards, and the base cabinets. Of course, before installing new materials and fixtures, we verified the treated areas were dry and then sprayed with an antimicrobial agent.
