The Water Supply Line that Wreaked Havoc in Casa Grande

That is all it took, a rupturing of a water supply coupling, under pressure, in this Casa Granda home to wreak havoc. The water followed the line of least resistance, drenched the upper floor and dripped down and soaked the between levels scissor trusses. Our SERVPRO team understands the critical need to thoroughly dry this cavity to not only secure the structural integrity but to help prevent the proliferation of mold. The stripped gypsum boards expose the cavity for drying with the aid of air movers and dehumidifiers. Shown are several large air scrubbers purging the air of any remaining airborne particulates with the HEPA filter and with the activated carbon filter, improving the indoor air quality after all the demolition and cleaning.
